Hello! I’m Noah Yom and I’m a UX Designer who focuses on bridging the gap between humans and technology.

Recently, people told me I would be best suited as a pastor, teacher, or graphic illustrator - so I became a UX Designer.

A UX Designer tackles all human aspects of the careers listed above. It requires empathetic research, an audience-centric approach, and continuous learning and adaptability. Through this, I want to foster stronger communication between humans and products.

Previously, I was a digital marketer and photographer for a combined total of 6 years. These career paths helped polished the skills needed to kickstart my road as a ux designer.

Through digital marketing, I enjoyed helping people develop a sense of what they need and want. And in my time, I made it my goal to create a path for consumers to buy products and services while maintaining a strong brand identity. Through time, I enjoy focusing more on their needs than wants which made me consider becoming a ux designer.

As a photographer, I became a better visual and creative storyteller. It helped me understand visual composition, color aesthetics, and a sense of fulfillment bringing joy to others. It also challenged me to develop my skills for content creation and strategy.

My background as a digital marketer and photographer puts me in a unique position. I have the experience to help businesses utilize the solutions that work best for them and their customers. It doesn’t always have to be pretty (it helps a lot) but it does need to work seamlessly.

If users are happy, everyone’s happy. If everyone’s happy, I’m happy.

Side note, I enjoy golfing, gaming, traveling, eating, and drinking coffee. Sometimes all at once.
